Thrive Style is developing awareness and self love!
Lovedy offers a self-embracing process to help you shift your mindset, gain clarity, and bridge the gap between your inner and outer worlds. Integrating Personal growth with how you express yourself, using art, fashion, design, and nature to unlock your most expansive, conscious, and connected self.
Throughout this journey, your energy will naturally shift as you release limiting beliefs and align with your authentic self. With personalized guidance, you’ll discover how your thoughts and brain processes influence your evolution, leading to more empowered choices. By examining your behavior patterns, internal resources, and self-perceptions, you will cultivate self-love and awareness, resulting in a noticeable shift in how you feel and show up in the world.
Art
Lovedy was a creative little Tom boy and was influenced by nature as her first art form. She was a very active child, and spent most of her time ourdoors. and living life as an active, fearless little girl. As her parents started to develop their art collection, Lovedy became more and more curious and interested in beauty and art. She was surrounded with sophisticated art and developed a discerning eye. This is what began her journey into the world of art.
The question, “how do we perceive things, our feelings, thoughts and visual aLovedy’s passions run deep, because Art informs her in varying and vast ways of what inspires her and art deepens her understanding of the world and her connection to it. The question, “how do we perceive things, our feelings, thoughts and visual acuteness?” She believes we have so much to learn and gaining different perspectives within how artists express there passion, inspiration, and knowledge is an alive process. What shapes our beliefs and drives us to see, feel and believe as we grow as humans? Lovedy thinks Art enhances her desire to discover truth and what that looks like for each of us, as a whole.
Fashion
Lovedy believes that how we clothe ourselves is a self-expressive way of displaying, and informing certain dimensions of ourselves. What we put ON our bodies matters, as well what we eat. Our personality helps mold our capacities to dress well in appropriation to who, what and where we are going and doing in the world. Fashion informs others who we are and how we embody our expression in the physical realm, as well as our appearance in the world. To become in touch with your personal style takes conscious awareness and it gives us confidence and congruency from the inside out.

Lovedy’s life long adventure in fashion started when she was 7 years old in her Mother’s closet. Lovedy’s Mom had a sewing machine and that became her favorite household item. It instilled a life long love for textiles, color, style and aesthetics, and she became hooked. Lovedy’s sophisticated taste grew over time into what is today a highly discerning art form and self expression.
Design
Being an incredibly observant child, Lovedy was enthralled with pretty much anything she saw. She would notice things in a very curious way. So, many things became interesting. The function of items became an interest, then the aesthetics and beauty began to make up the whole. Lovedy had a love for car design as a young child, and became a car buff, noticing the distinctive quality and look of a Buick, a Chevy, a Ford, a Mercedes, etc. This started to bleed over into everything. So design became a integral idea in her thought process at a young age.
After her modern dance career, Lovedy went on to become a professional residential interior designer and eventually opening her own interior Design firm. What has made her a good designer was her intuitive vision and love for Art, Fashion and Design. The inspiration of nature was interwoven into her world of design living in the west as her backdrop. Lovedy has gratitude for all beauty in the world and finds life to be a very rich in experience because of these elemental realities that dwell within and without!

Nature
Nature is so vast and free, and this is what I am inspired to become too. I can feel as one with nature, where the looker and the looked are as one.
Can I kiss the sun, swallow the mountains, float with the clouds? Feeling nature’s awe and endless beauty is my grandest inspiration of all!
No one ever dares to mess with Mother Nature. Nature was here on this Earth long before us, and nature shall live long after us, and thats how I know how fragile and precious this human existence is. Nature is the divinest intelligence of all.

You’ll continue to evolve your awareness with a focus on how you express yourself, your goals, and your purpose.
This tier explores more advanced concepts, including how neuroscience plays a role in shifting your mindset and helping you understand the brain’s influence on your growth. As you refine how you wish to be seen—physically and energetically—you’ll start noticing powerful shifts in your consciousness.
This tier also includes an exploration of how you express yourself through art, fashion, and design, helping you align your personal style with your evolving sense of self. The EXPAND tier empowers you to deepen your self-awareness and discover how to fully embody your potential.

This tier delves further into your sense of purpose, how you express yourself, and how you interact with the world around you, using in-depth questions to challenge your perspectives and unlock new layers of awareness.
We’ll explore advanced neuroscience concepts to help you understand how your brain supports lasting change, shifting the focus toward putting insights into action to create the life and impact you desire.
